2015
Project: DESIGN IN FERMENTO
Client: Casa Umbria
Year: 2015
The three "stars" of the path are called Chiara, Memoria and Ombrosa design that brought together beer and design presented in Milan in the ADI Food Lab space.
The project was born with the aim of combining resourcefulness of the new generation of brewers, with art and design. It is so that the idea of producing particular beer bottles was born, which through shape, color and materials make us immediately think of the territory Umbria.
The common denominator for two worlds so far away is called passion, study, experimentation, talent and entrepreneurial skills, too often underestimated aspects in the name of a higher quality only alleged. A dialogue that is based on "who is around us" and promotes what a whole territory is able to do and offer in productive terms.
Behind this long-awaited debut lies a fascinating journey of research, listening and creative innovation, started thanks to the Centre's opening Foreign Umbria, in comparison with eight local breweries of the latest generation.
In collaboration with Istituto Italiano Design of Perugia.
